The APDS blog strives to share more than our design work and tips. I want to bring you along on some of the adventures my doggo and I enjoy on our wanders across Alaska and perhaps share some of the little micro-stories I dream up as we are out plodding along (between saying “Hey Bear” repeatedly, which has so far been an effective method of minimizing conflict). 
 
Wandering the trails and backcountry helps me find creative inspiration and gives me the space to think about my projects. Some of my best creative ideas have come while walking along a trail in Alaska among the mountains, tundra, rivers, and the ocean.
